So this year Valentine's day falls on the same day as Chinese New Year, February 14th and I decided for this extra special occasion to make so sweet treats for my lil' Emma to give to all her lil' cousins ~ Cupcake pops. A girlfriend friend of mine sent me a site from Bakerella (you're aweseome!) And just fell in love with it at first site that I just had to attempt to make these cute mini cupcakes... And to make them more valentine like they are strawberry cake on the inside topped with lil' sweetheart candies.
